Great question! When the going gets really tough, I think how to improve the situation and implement what’s must likely to get me to the desired goal. I also try to be more forgiving and supportive of myself and surround myself with wonderful supportive people!

I listen to music and write. And sometimes I watch some movie to get myself distracted.

I meditate and pray. I also keep myself busy with friends to make sure I keep laughing at life as oppose to life laughing at me
