I guess there are lots of things we can do so that tomorrow is better. But the single best thing you can do is to PREPARE. Want 8-9 hours if my body and mind would allow it. LikeLike Reply Last night I employed some self-soothing and relaxation techniques so that I would be in a better frame of mind today when I get together with my daughter.
