  1. I can read one extra page, write one extra line and spend one extra hour to learn something.

  2. There is little i can do today to make things better for tomorrow as I don’t know what tomorrow will bring, sooooooooooooo I will just live and enjoy today and deal with tomorrow when it gets here…

“I used to have all these plans and think ‘Ah, I have my whole life figured out’, but then I realized no matter how much I plan: life happens! So I find myself living day to day trying to do my best, embracing every moment as a learning opportunity and chance to get to know myself a little more.” Q’orianka Kilcher

  3. Great question.

I guess there are lots of things we can do so that tomorrow is better.

But the single best thing you can do is to PREPARE. To be prepared for that what is come means setting your life up to win in whatever you strive for.

    Thanks for sharing! 🙂

      1. The older I’ve become, the harder it is to sleep all night. I get five-six- hours max. Want 8-9 hours if my body and mind would allow it. LOL

      2. Do you have any physical discomfort and that’s the reason you cannot sleep or it’s about all the thoughts that go through your mind?

  4. Take out what I’m going to wear tomorrow so I won’t be rushing around in the morning trying to figure out what to wear so that I can ensure that I am out the door on time. 😃

    1. That would be a very good strategy! Besides going out the door on time, you would spare yourself the stress of not being able to decide on time.

  5. Last night I employed some self-soothing and relaxation techniques so that I would be in a better frame of mind today when I get together with my daughter. She is under a tremendous amount of stress and I want to be in a positive state for her.
