  1. My daughter has been being very supportive of my work with DBT. She has made herself available to me to talk to when I need help with avoiding being reactionary. She helps me with finding more thoughtful ways to respond in emotionally charged situations. Me working on gaining DBT skills with her help and support is the key to getting where I want to be.

  2. ‘Who’ – just you and yourself. Noone else can give the keys in your hands to kick start.
‘What’- It’s your action…that will play all the game and make your path more productive. 1. Our grandparents told stories about what they did. Other people tell stories about what they imagine to do, but they never start doing.

  3. I’m not sure if I can answer this question. Sometimes what we want is an illusion of what we think we want and when we do get it, we remain unsatisfied. I would rather go with what God wants for me…

  4. For Who: My wife, you guys and myself.
For What: Writing, reading books, watching YouTube videos and observing other people.
