Helpful to other people: write in a journal, since getting feelings out on paper helps me to keep my mouth shut and not lose my temper when people are being annoying. What genre do you like to read the most? LikeLike Reply I tend to gravitate towards non-fiction e.g. work by Audre Lorde and others who write about similar issues. It’s the best thing that I can do for my mind and body. I hope I can keep it up. For others Maintain a cheerful demeanour and try to see the funny side of everything. This is a lot of fun when things are going well. It becomes invaluable during hard times as it is better to laugh than to cry during misfortune. It just takes more courage.
