      1. They don’t have the time to ask me in the morning cos it’s chaos in the early hours but still this lunch box issues kind of bugs me 😒🙄

      1. Stress and anxiety. In bad periods it tends to have an effect on sleep, the upside however is learning a lot about yourself and how to deal. In good periods I am almost thankful for this, it’s making me stronger and more able to deal with all the things life throws at you down the way.

      2. Especially because you cannot do anything that can change the past. Have you ever found this overthinking process useful?

      3. Well, if a 20+ pages analysis of the usage frequency of swear words in a TV show as an indicator of character archs can be considered useful then yes, though mainly that was just for fun.
In the right circumstances pretty much everything can be useful I think, it’s about finding the right circumstances for you and about maintaining a balance between those and the kind of circumstances that does not require or indulge overthinking. I haven’t found that balance yet, so that’s why it becomes a problem for me.

      1. Yes and in fact seek to continue it throughout the day for even the smallest of things. It changes how I seek things, situations and ultimately the world.

      1. I never use the snooze function! My alarm goes off at 5.30am and another @ 5.40am. And I’m up by 6!! And keep cribbing about the precious half hour I lost! Almost every day!

      2. I see! Well, you still get up very early! What do you think about that half an hour? It would be better for your overall productivity during that day if you sleep it or if you work it?

      3. I find that my day goes much better when I am up as soon as the alarm buzzes. Reading, meditating or simply sipping my tea with the birdsong just before daylight is a joy I hate to miss! Hence the cribbing.

    1. Actually. it takes care of you and your time and it’s making sure that you do what you need to do, don’t you think? 😀
