Yesterday I had my first online video dialogue with someone. Dr Keith Beasley from Conscious Evolution Today invited me to have a conversation about communication (and not only) and even though it felt terrifying in the first place, it turned out to be an awesome experience!

Yes, I am! Well, The DM comes from Dark Master which is a nickname I used when I was a kid to play online games (I needed a tough name haha). It kinda stuck with me. And also I use it to overcome my insecurity and it allows me to do things despite of my fears.
Interesting! I thought it must have been your name initials. Like… David Miller or somebody.
I sometimes play table top rpg’s and DM stands for Dungeon Master (or GM for game master).
We choose these online handles as a means of self protection, little metaphorical masks to hide behind, which thus empowers us to continue to speak with such imagined authority where otherwise we would have none. 🙂 xx

LOL random! And frustration. Anyway, maybe I’ll type it again. DM stands for dungeon master. and you know what? It isn’t the same saying it AGAIN and then it might or might not turn up… bummer.

I was able to listen to 6 minutes. I will try the Sound Cloud version. What piqued my interest was if you have a negative thought you “don’t let it become part of your reality”. There much be some great strategies there, for sure. Congratulations on the interesting collaboration/new media. 🙂
