|| Simple is always Complicated ||

Be simple.

Simple living high thinking.

Keep it real, keep it simple.

But, what the simple really is ? Before knowing the depth of these quote, one have to know about the depth of the word ‘Simple’. The definitions of ‘Simple’ vary in a million ways what’s make it the most complicated word of the world. According to one definition in a dictionary, ‘Simple’ is a person “lacking intelligence or common sense.”

If this definition really is true, then we can consider Steve Jobs, Einstein and Disney as ‘Unintelligent’. From one point of view (viewpoint of people), It is true. But being Unintelligent, they changed the whole world with their Simplicity. They are the true example of the Quote “Simple living, high thinking.”

Another definition of this word says, “lacking logic and not complicated” Indeed, things which do not have logic are ‘Simple’. The one thing which has not been added anywhere regarding this word is that, the rules of Nature and the whole Universe is Simple but having unlimited logics. The fact is that the collection of complicated logics is known as a ‘Simple thing’. To simplify it, take the example of ‘Satisfaction in Life’. Being Satisfied in Life is so easy and simple but contains a lot of complicated things. For a lot of people that’s why, it is labyrinthine. It is not so for them who already are Simple (a virtue given by Nature) but on the contrary, these people are perceived by the whole world as ‘Non Logical’ or In other words, ‘having lack of Intelligence’. So, If people treat you in this way, don’t be negative that you lack Intelligence. It’s only because you’re Simple (a stock of Intelligence). They’ll get it later.

The word ‘Simple’ is always complicated and boring for those who are familiar with complex systems. To understand any Simple thing (on Intellectual level), they make that thing Complicated to solve it by their own complex solutions. As a result, they trapped in the web of their own threads (thoughts).

Always remember a thing, Simplicity is a rational virtue. There’s nothing to do with outside. Your outer lifestyle is totally up to you. It can be Simple, It can be luxury. It doesn’t affect anything except people’s perspective. However, your Simplicity can be evidenced by the people on the basis of the reflection it gives to the opposite side, that is, your communication skill.

    Anyway. Yes. The word simple is not simple at all. So then one to need to argue semantics and lexiconography and that is not what we are here for. Simple is a state of being. A state of existence. Thereby it is a basic rudimentary beginning of something with potential for greatness. To me that is what simple means. Didn’t pluck that out of a dictionary or online source. Made it up as I was typing this comment.
    Because some things you don’t need to overcomplicate. And then it becomes “art” when you do.

      2. Oh oh. I’m just said “preach it” because I agree with what you’re saying. And when people agree with a preacher or person giving a sermon, they generally put their hands up in the air. And so I imagined I was putting my hands up to you like a preacher, and it reminded me of a line from a Miley Cyrus song “party in the usa”. So… nothing at all related, but just the way my mind works. LOL sorry.

  2. I consider myself to appreciate the simple things. But those simple things, from my perspective is really complicated. How many people look at the dandelion and “simply” see a weed? Yet this beautiful yellow bloom, is actually designed with so many layers, textures, and health benefits. Nothing stupid there.

  3. Simple is calm, peaceful and easy to think clearly. More effective, more sensory. But life is sometimes more exciting when u sometimes have challenges. 🤔

  4. I’m often suspicious of the things that people take for granted as virtuous, but “simplicity” is a virtue I’ve seen in action. When you take a complicated process and aim to simplify it, it sometimes takes a lot of time and effort on the front end. But if you put in the effort to simplify, you tend to get fantastic payout–not only will you save time with your simplified processes in the future, but you’ll be more flexible and adaptable. A simple life is one that is much more ready for the constant change that is always coming around the corner.

  5. I have to go with uncomplicated or unencumbered by other things. There’s a lot of “basic” which I tend to read as “uninspiring” – but simple can be inspiring in it’s directness. Maybe with simple it’s a matter of ‘what you see is what you get”?

This an excerpt from my poem oxus moros “why does my mind have this complex yet simple mechanism?” The definition of complex is the description of my thought process which to me is simple but to others would be complicated. What’s simple to one is simple because they’ve become accustomed to an order of operation created to decipher the complexity of whatever another may see as complicated.
