Lots of personal experimentation and alt research behind this conviction and practice in my life — rave reviews from doctors , too. Twenty years. Happy to correspond w/ more info if there’s an interest. Take care bro LikeLiked by 2 people Reply Thanks Ana, that may be worth considering when the month is up, and I’m not doing time for murder 😂 LikeLiked by 1 person ??!!? 😮 LikeLiked by 2 people Congratulations! What determined you to do these changes? LikeLiked by 1 person Reply Oh I just wanted to see if I could go for a month without a drink and also see if not smoking gave me better results when running 😀 LikeLiked by 1 person This is a tricky one. I love being outdoors. My first thought is a certain spot on a deer lease my family was a member of when I was younger. My second place would have to be the comal river in Texas, then a beach or a hiking trail through wooded area. LikeLiked by 2 people Reply What do you love the most about these places?
