  1. focusing the INtent to give the mind clear direction….for example…every time the internal negative dialogue starts…aka “Mind Monkeys” applying the discipline to acknowledge there is negative internal dialogue…and then following through consciously refocusing to productive positive internal dialogue. Practice, Practice, Practice and patience with Self as we retrain our “go to loop” in our heads.

  4. To be understanding and objective with our thoughts and judgments about others. Too often subjective thinking gets in the way of understandings and acknowledging others and their way of life.

    1. I agree. However insight into ones own habitual ways of thinking is valuable. Empathy is probably one my most valued qualities in a person.

      1. It depends on various things. Like what you are doing should not only benefit you but should also help others. Sometimes you might not like what you are doing, but you are doing as it is right thing to do..

      1. Perfectly said, for reason being, if one doesn’t let the judgment of others affect their being, then nothing can get in the way of self-progression.
