So your life has an awesome potential to get better! 😀 LikeLike Reply Yeah that’s a long list for me also but I’ll try to be brief. Exercise for health. Be more at peace with myself and others for peace of mind. And as always, have more fun and laughs. I really have to work harder at the craft of photography also. I also need to learn how to love and be kind to myself. Hopefully once these are more established I will be able to work on my health (losing weight primarily) and searching for a new job. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply I am currently attending Counselling and so far this blog has been a great way to offload. These both take care of my mental self-care, my physical self-care is more based around ensuring I get enough sleep, resting when I feel it necessary (if possible) and putting in a lot more effort to prep my lunches for work the night before so I know I’ve got something to eat that I don’t have to pay extra for. Thank you for your kind words and for including this blog in your self-care toolbox 🙂 LikeLike all areas where if attention were withdrawn, would fortify spiritual, physical and/or emotional foundation(s), to expand capacity to love. if i perceive something needs more attention, i might ask what then can i remove entirely or in part, so that not more attention is placed elsewhere, but rather that less is spent in ‘nowhere’. perceptual realities of deficiency are just so and because we are creative souls of infinite potential, those realities need not be made manifest. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply an airplane over-booked in the care and concern of others as i’d myself reserved; a store room stockpiled with grief, fear and false beliefs, and a grocery cart filled with conviction in not needing anyone. the more removed, the more seen, the more more seen, the more to remove, so maybe it’s this way until the end, where my body might be found naked atop a remote mountain with an empty bird nest next to my head. 🙂 LikeLiked by 1 person Self care and my relationship with the Lord LikeLiked by 1 person Reply I’m glad because they both are something you can do and they don’t depend on nobody else. LikeLike Reply Constant reflection perhaps ! For weight and sleep, I’ve taken measures such as hitting the gym in Sundays.. I’ve been suffering from insomnia for a very Long time.
