Periodic cancer test stress me out the most. You would think after 10 years I’d be used to it or have learned how to deal with it. But it still triggers panic once in a while waiting for results. I try to focus on other things during that wait for a doctor to come in but that is almost impossible. I try to think about how lucky I am to survive and that helps a lot. But the only cure is the smile from the doctor and his words everything looks good. I’ll see you in 3, 6 or 12 months depending on what year its been in the last decade.
What I think leads people to do injustice with others is:
1) Some do it to protect their own status.
2) Greed is a big cause.
3) Sometimes people just do it to prove themselves right according to norms(usually meaningless) set by the society.
4) When people don’t speak against injustice, it leads to more injustice.
I know there are more causes which I have missed.
Well, this can make a good question. 🙂

It seems that mostly is relates to huge ego… is there anything else involved?
Injustice!. I try to speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves. But I dont have the guts to do it all the time and not doing it stresses me even more!
None because over the years I have released them from my life.

Triggers from past abuses. I have to pull back, and recognize I am *not* that person, in that situation, or broken. Sometimes that means checking out for a bit.
That can depend on the situation – which may sound vague, but it’s not meant to. I always have to remind myself that when I’m sick or unhealthy that my husband now is not the same abuser I was married to. That programming is still running a subroutine, along with my Grandmother’s need for me to put her first etc. So illness, or some incapacity is at the top of the list.

Worrying about things not going smoothly. Weather it’s dinner, trip, you name it. I need to give it to God and not take it back!
Is giving things to your god a challenge⸮
ECHO ECHO
Giving it to Him is not-remembering Not to try to control it myself is where I struggle
There is always that chance. But most of the time, we can fix whatever can happen.

There’s a difference between knowing the inevitable and accepting it….

All day long. While I write sonnets at five to fifteen minutes each.
Lack of control in a situation. I will try and go for a walk or think of something else
How often does it happen to feel you don’t have control over a situation?

I think that you can’t get used to that because you feel that you’re life is at stake at each test.
I pretty much pointlessly overlook everything, so I listen to music, do something creative, or exercise to deal with my squirrel brain.
I think that overlooking everything shows that we have a great amount of mental energy. We just need to focus it more towards something helpful.
Injustice
I do whatever I can do to prevent it.
In your opinion, why does injustice exist?

I think that with practice you’ll find it easier in time…
Negative people so I cut them out my life.
How many negative people do you still have in your life?
None because over the years I have released them from my life.

Past abuses tend to follow us all our lives. How often does it happen to “feel” those past abuses?

That’s very noble of you.
Thankyou ^^
Pressure stresses out the most. I usually try to stay calm
What is the main source for stress in your life?
work, family.
Uncontrollable items, family (and in-laws), kitty issues
Are these constant or they change from time to time?
They change from these stressors to job, writing, sales, etc. Just about everything can stress me out.
Myself. Working on it…
How come you stress yourself?
