  1. Periodic cancer test stress me out the most. You would think after 10 years I’d be used to it or have learned how to deal with it. But it still triggers panic once in a while waiting for results. I try to focus on other things during that wait for a doctor to come in but that is almost impossible. I try to think about how lucky I am to survive and that helps a lot. But the only cure is the smile from the doctor and his words everything looks good. I’ll see you in 3, 6 or 12 months depending on what year its been in the last decade.

      1. What I think leads people to do injustice with others is:
        1) Some do it to protect their own status.
        2) Greed is a big cause.
        3) Sometimes people just do it to prove themselves right according to norms(usually meaningless) set by the society.
        4) When people don’t speak against injustice, it leads to more injustice.
I know there are more causes which I have missed.
Well, this can make a good question. 🙂

  2. Injustice!. I try to speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves. But I dont have the guts to do it all the time and not doing it stresses me even more!

  3. Triggers from past abuses. I have to pull back, and recognize I am *not* that person, in that situation, or broken. Sometimes that means checking out for a bit.

      1. That can depend on the situation – which may sound vague, but it’s not meant to. I always have to remind myself that when I’m sick or unhealthy that my husband now is not the same abuser I was married to. That programming is still running a subroutine, along with my Grandmother’s need for me to put her first etc. So illness, or some incapacity is at the top of the list.

  4. Mistreatment of cats (and other animals). I donate a bit of money to a cat shelter i know personally so i’m a 100% sure they spend it for medicine and stuff
