I had to dedicate a whole chapter to this boss dragon called “fear.” I’m doing this because it’s one of the main obstacles that stand between us and the life we want. We cannot kill this dragon because it’s linked to our survival. Fear exists because we need to know when we are in danger so we can act accordingly.

Ignat also has a website, Pointless Over Thinking, where you can read interesting content and participate in thought-provoking conversations via daily questions.

I read a digital copy of Fighting the Inside Dragons and found it quite enjoyable. I have read a handful of similar books that all feel more like textbook littered with case studies. Fighting the Inside Dragons does a great job…
