First I have to admit I’m not totally there. I’m working hard to get there and that’s part of the journey. I think I was somewhere in my 40s when I realized that when I was not authentic, it didn’t feel good.

What was the toughest thing to accept so far?
The hard thing for me is just to accept things for what they are. To observe, not to “grasp.” (Unless I am in imminent danger, of course)
