  1. I hate to be the negative one, but basically I know what I am capable of. Though I still am always up for new experiences, but I know from past failures what I am not capable of. We are not meant to do everything, humans are individuals with their own advantages and disadvantages. Careers like being a famous rockstar, streamer etc…are all nice dreams, but are very competive hard and you sacrifice a lot. Realistically that commitment has no room to fail especially in the world we live in right now.

Sometimes telling children they can do anything is not always realistic. Especially if they remember you told them that, they go out and attempt something that is nearly impossible and are disappointed and depressed because their parents were wrong.

Honestly pretty soon, since society is based on money and not happiness etc….Pretty soon it will be who is capable to survive? ;o

    1. Children can try to do anything because that’s how they’ll realize what they’re capable of and what they’re not. That doesn’t mean they will succeed at everything and they shouldn’t, but In my opinion, they should know they can try because regret is a b*tch.

    1. So would you say that thinking about the consequences makes us analyze if we should do something or not. It’s not a matter of skill, but a matter of practicality, right?

  2. I tend to compare myself to others a lot, so if I happen to notice someone is really good at something, I’ll end up feeling like I’m embarrassing myself with trying anything.

    1. I can relate to you. I also consider the fact that the one that’s really good at things has some experience behind and that when that person started, it wasn’t that good…
