It’s close to a 10. For some reason I didn’t inherit or develop the mechanism for coping with stress, so all things related to health, life, kids, financial, dog, social, food, clutter, and sex cause me stress.
Considering I lost my job Monday, I’d say about an 8. I’m trying to look at this new development positively because I was planning to quit at some point anyway. However, I would have liked it better if the departure had been on my terms.
Yes, of course I do. I was wondering if you stopped because you didn’t like the content or there were some other factors involved. How come you stopped “worpressing” a while?
I don’t know lol. 😅
But my recent 2-3 days were at 0 stress 😃

I’m an autism mummy, (and I also look after my two diabetic parents) so depending on their day I can fluctuate anywhere between a 5 and 10+ because at the end of the day, it all stops with me to sort out
Wow! You are one of the toughest people I’ve encountered so far! I don’t know how you manage all of those, but it seems like you’re capable of many great things! I’m very sorry to hear about the health issues your family has, but I’m glad they have you to take care of them.
1 – I’m a “Cloud Rider”! 🙂 And this post made me laugh when I read it is # 347… Thinking “Oh my yes, that number sounds a bit accurate for the amount of [conscious] questions I ask myself every day”. Thank you for the smile! Great work 🙂
Congratulations for being a Cloud Rider and thank you for your kind words! Regarding the questions you ask yourself every day, how helpful are they for you?
‘Helpful’ only because I use them to ask a relative question: “Am I conscious of what I’m thinking/doing?” and that’s the fun part of having an ‘evolved, human’ brain.

3 because I’m not generally stressed but my husband is and I absorb it.
I for one can say my “Daily” life isn’t stressful whatsoever atm (although that’s probably subject to change due to time and growth being a thing) so I’d give it a 2, would of used 1 but the thoughts seem to mix up things that eventually pass with “stress” a lot
That’s great! do more of what you did that helped decreasing it! 😀

I’m definitely trying to. My schedule is a bit wonky of late, but making it work…at least a little bit. Hubby is a big help, and if kitty had no health issues it’d make things wonderful; but we play the hand we’re dealt.

Mine is a 5, what’s your number?
Thank you very much for your reblog! I really appreciate it! 😀
And to answer your question, my number is 4 and it’s increasing if I somehow feel like losing my path.
Oh my! Definitely a 8 going to 10, with some rare, amazing days (mostly weekends) in which I can enjoy a 2-3. And this is because of a full time job with its high peaks of stress, a night master in communication and digital master, a house to run, groceries to do, meals to cook for two people to try to stay healthy, chores to organise, errands to run, a couple of gym sessions to try to fit in + maintaining a social life, taking care of the relationship, feeding my blog, trying to develop daily! Oh my I stressed only to write all of this 😀
2–because I’m retired, no kids, and have all day to write. Would have put 1 but I write every day😉
I really relate to your writing idea! Even though it’s a constructive stress to write everyday, it’s still stressful 🙂
5 ~ because of pain making all the normal things so much harder 😢
That sounds tough, but I’m glad that pain doesn’t take the stress up to 10. How do you deal with that pain?
For my head, caffeine helps. For my back, stretches and a hot shower. I try to stay upbeat. It could be worse!
1 – for the little stresses that kick me from time to time
I guess that little stresses cannot be avoided, but still… congratulations! 😀
2-3 pretty chill, the spikes are normally from my own worrying
So basically your thoughts create the stress when it’s not there?
It’s close to a 10. For some reason I didn’t inherit or develop the mechanism for coping with stress, so all things related to health, life, kids, financial, dog, social, food, clutter, and sex cause me stress.
How do you react to stressful situations?
Basically, it’s stop, drop, and roll.
Considering I lost my job Monday, I’d say about an 8. I’m trying to look at this new development positively because I was planning to quit at some point anyway. However, I would have liked it better if the departure had been on my terms.
Maybe the departure hasn’t been on your terms, but the steps you’re going to make from now on is on yours 🙂
10 since i stopped “wordpressing” for a long while.
Remember me? yes or no ?
Yes, of course I do. I was wondering if you stopped because you didn’t like the content or there were some other factors involved. How come you stopped “worpressing” a while?
It is not stressful 😀
That’s awesome! What’s your “secret”?
I am aware of my thoughts and feelings, always. 😊
2
Awesome! Congratulations! Was it always like this?
Yeah! Almost . Some stressful situations come in everyone’s life, but that’s part of our life.
7 because of classes, meetings, my job, this blog, and trying to keep a social life. Still love my life tho!
Interesting! So would you say it’s a constructive stress instead of a destructive one?
Exactly!
I sort of talk about it in my new post
Depends on day.. average these days would be 3-5 i guess
What makes the difference between 3 and 5?
I don’t know lol. 😅
But my recent 2-3 days were at 0 stress 😃

0/10 at this time. No work and no stress.
Niiice! I’m glad you’re in this stage! What brought you here? Tell us your secret! 😀

3 because I’m not generally stressed but my husband is and I absorb it.
That is a bit tough (and maybe unfair!?). What stresses him?
Cancer and students.
I for one can say my “Daily” life isn’t stressful whatsoever atm (although that’s probably subject to change due to time and growth being a thing) so I’d give it a 2, would of used 1 but the thoughts seem to mix up things that eventually pass with “stress” a lot
So the outside world is not so stressful, but your thoughts create some stress?
I’d say the world can indeed be stressful but one’s thoughts can make it seems a lot more stressful than it actually is
Daily life now is about a 5…balanced in most respects (at last)
If you compare this number with the same period last year, did the stress level increase or it decreased?
Decreased
That’s great! do more of what you did that helped decreasing it! 😀
I’m definitely trying to. My schedule is a bit wonky of late, but making it work…at least a little bit. Hubby is a big help, and if kitty had no health issues it’d make things wonderful; but we play the hand we’re dealt.
