Speak to someone new every single day! I am an introvert and oftentimes I stay to myself. Speaking to someone new would help my communication and social skills tremendously! Great question!
There would be no point in living if I couldn’t grow as a person, so I would definitely take this challenge – even if it was the hardest thing I ever had to do.
I hate difficult relatives coming to my house for an indefinite stay. I guess my would be putting up with such for as long as long as it takes to fully grow then kick them out.
Hmm, like hitting the gym or the pool and making better food choices? Keep at it. Even when all I want to do is lounge around eating crappy foods that *surprise* make me feel worse, and yeah, I’m uncomfortable sweating or being in a locker room… I want to be here for my grandkids, and not as the busted old lady.
I strongly believe that I grow everyday, mentally and physically, because I am already doing “things” that are “uncomfortable” (based on what defines uncomfortable for me).
Such as: waking up early, exercising, keeping calm on the road during rush hour, be professional at work, healthy food choices, reading against my will and interest….are all uncomfortable, but still engage in those acts.
With that being said, although those things are uncomfortable, most of us do them. If we really want to grow by doing something uncomfortable, start facing our fears, start taking the time to interact with others (specifically the less fortunate) start questioning/reading/learning about our beliefs, religious, traditional, stereotypical and political values.
Thank you 🙏🏾
Although I don’t see/think of myself as a great example 🤦🏾♂️
But I try to improve myself over time. After all isn’t that what most of us thrive for ?
And i believe it starts with mindfulness
Take a phone call job! (And I start Monday)
So now you’re out of your comfort zone, right? 😀

Have you started doing it?
I have!!!
Congratulations! 😀

Awesome approach! A comfortable life it’s not trilling…

What would happen if you kick them out?
Nothing I guess. Because I’ll nicely send them to another relative’s house with lots of money and a good excuse.
Open new businesses
What is stopping you?
Bring myself to doing it. I need to survive. 😉
Surviving is the goal?
Actually the only way to grow is throw adversity. Waking up at 5:00 in the morning to chase that ambition is a nice one.
I totally agree with that! And I know it’s not easy to wake up that early…
With time everything works!

So you do have a wish and a plan. Motivation is the one missing?
No complaining-working to make someone else’s day better
Is complaining an important issue for you?
Go out in public and talk to strangers.
Have you ever tried that?
No. My mom does it all the time though
Become a Karaoke queen and then go on America has Talent!
What’s stopping you?
Nothing really. It’s on my bucket list.
Keep up with my new workout schedule. I know there is a lot to practice since i am a beginner.. but I’ll keep moving!
Yes! Keep that up! Practice will make it easier 🙂
The motivation is the grandkids and setting a better example.
In my opinion, living in such a way to set an example for future generations is one of the best ways to live…
Agreed!

Get a shot. I don’t really mind them. 😛
Nice! 😀
