  1. I hate difficult relatives coming to my house for an indefinite stay. I guess my would be putting up with such for as long as long as it takes to fully grow then kick them out.

  2. Hmm, like hitting the gym or the pool and making better food choices? Keep at it. Even when all I want to do is lounge around eating crappy foods that *surprise* make me feel worse, and yeah, I’m uncomfortable sweating or being in a locker room… I want to be here for my grandkids, and not as the busted old lady.

  3. I strongly believe that I grow everyday, mentally and physically, because I am already doing “things” that are “uncomfortable” (based on what defines uncomfortable for me).
Such as: waking up early, exercising, keeping calm on the road during rush hour, be professional at work, healthy food choices, reading against my will and interest….are all uncomfortable, but still engage in those acts.

With that being said, although those things are uncomfortable, most of us do them. If we really want to grow by doing something uncomfortable, start facing our fears, start taking the time to interact with others (specifically the less fortunate) start questioning/reading/learning about our beliefs, religious, traditional, stereotypical and political values.

      1. Thank you 🙏🏾
        Although I don’t see/think of myself as a great example 🤦🏾‍♂️
But I try to improve myself over time. After all isn’t that what most of us thrive for ?
And i believe it starts with mindfulness
