I think it’s more a matter of accepting that age X doesn’t = being infirm, and spinning it that way. It’s not like I’m the sort of person who longs to buy a camper and travel the country.
Well, I’m working on the dream of sustaining myself through writing, but I know there is a long way ahead. I also think I don’t work hard enough, which I try to change. How come there are no dreams for you?
Dreams don’t work for me. Only Desires and Aims.
You are writing well enough.
Well you said you are dreaming of sustaining yourself. What is your goal in writing. For what you want to go a long way.
I think you wanna be the best blogger ever??? Right?? Respond
I feel the same. I’d like to be a missionary that helps people with learning how to farm, take care of themselves, and make their village prosper. Heck, some towns where I live in Michigan don’t even know how to do that but they don’t listen to anyone, nor care, for that matter.
For sure! My family excels at being creative, so I’ve tried pretty much everything in that aspect. I think the first step would be to actually buy a house, but I’m torn because where I live now (Kansas City) isn’t necessarily where I want to stay the rest of my life or even the next 10 years.
Thank you. It took hard work, sacrifice, and a realization that no amount of willing something to occur will make it so. I had to come to grips with the fact that I had to start my career over at 35 years of age, bust my ass to make a living within my newly chosen field, and then, as Nike so eloquently puts it, “Just do it!” There’s a long road ahead, but it is 100% worth it for something I love so much.

His vision was legendary. But unfortunately, he did not receive the recognition he deserved. Hopefully his idea “The Venus Project” will become reality, sometime in the near future.
Graceful retirement. Given the economy here, I don’t see it happening.

Not necessarily blogger, but a great author since I’ve also written a book and I’m currently working on my second one 🙂

It’s awesome if you’re actually making steps towards it. Maybe one day you’ll get there! 😀

The only dream that is left is to care for a dog. I love my dog so much that I waived this dream.
