I smile for a minute or two because I’m thankful to have another day. or I curse the pain for a minute or two and then smile because I’m thankful to have another day. Loading... Reply
I stretch my left foot so it is not sore when I stand up. I look at my phone or sometimes turn on the tv morning news to get me going. Loading... Reply
Make bed, loo, turn on my twinkly lights, coffee, kiss the puppies, phone, meditate 😊 Loading... Reply

I grind coffee beans and make coffee.
Get up and make the bed.
Be Grateful, the first thing I do is thank God for waking me up.
Walk down the hall and turn off my alarm.
Take a deep breath, say it’s going to be a good day, and get my coffee
Pet the pups on the way to the coffee pot.
I usually put my pants on and drop by the bathroom. 😛
Breakfast, to kick off the engine.

Meditation. What do you do?

I check for any pain. Then I drink water on my night stand.
Make the bed! 👍🏾
Set my intention for the kind of day I want to have.
Let my brain figure out what reality I’m living in, then go to the bathroom.
