If you could change all your habits at once, what habits would you like to get rid of and what habits would you like to gain?

  1. I’d like to eat better (I am working on it) and exercise more. You know, take better care of this body, which in turn takes better care of the mind. I’d also like to ditch any self destructive programs (I’m not smart enough, I don’t deserve this kind of good) and replace them with healthier attitudes. Ni time like the present to make change!
