I’d like to start meditating
Practicing gratitude – every morning after I wake up.
Stop eating more calories than I need and start early morning jogs in all weather.
I’d like to eat better (I am working on it) and exercise more. You know, take better care of this body, which in turn takes better care of the mind. I’d also like to ditch any self destructive programs (I’m not smart enough, I don’t deserve this kind of good) and replace them with healthier attitudes. Ni time like the present to make change!
