Honestly, I had little information about Wim Hof, but I knew he is a strong healthy individual. Today I came across a video talking about his breathing technique, which is one of the three parts of his method (the other parts are cold therapy and the commitment to do things).
I found a simple demonstration of the simple technique and I want to share it with you. I’ve tried it once and I must say it’s an interesting experience.
After the first 10 deep breaths in and out I started to feel tingles all over my body and after the session was done, I got very sleepy.
